Ordering

How long does it take to get my order?

Every item is printed to order. Most orders ship in 3–5 business days. Personalized items, lithophane lamps and logo signs ship 1–2 days after you approve your proof.

Can I order in bulk for parties, classrooms or events?

Yes. Name tags, mini ducks, clickers and fidgets are popular party favors. Contact us your quantity and colors for bulk pricing.

Do you make custom designs?

We print custom business logo signs and personalized items from the shop. For fully custom one-off designs, contact us your idea and we will quote it.

Personalization

How does personalization work?

Products marked "Personalized" let you add a name, title, contact info, photo or logo on the product page. We double-check spelling before printing.

Will I see a proof first?

Photo lithophanes and logo signs always get an emailed proof. Name items are printed exactly as entered, so please check spelling.

What photo works best for a lithophane lamp?

A clear, well-lit photo with faces close to the camera works best. Avoid dark or very busy backgrounds.

Materials & care

What are your products made of?

Most items are printed in PLA, a plant-based plastic, in matte, silk, marble, translucent or glow finishes. Ammo boxes are printed in tougher PETG.

Are the toys safe for small children?

Articulated animals, mini ducks and fidgets have small parts and are not for children under 3. Adult supervision recommended.

How do I care for my print?

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Keep PLA items out of hot cars and direct summer sun — high heat can warp them. Do not put prints in the dishwasher.

Why can I see fine lines on my print?

Those are the layer lines that come from 3D printing — every piece is built one thin layer at a time. They are a normal part of the handmade look.

Shipping & returns

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States. Contact us for international orders.

What is your return policy?

Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Personalized items are made just for you and can only be replaced if they arrive damaged or defective.

My item arrived broken. What now?

Sorry about that. Send a photo through our contact page within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint and ship a replacement at no cost.

Colors

Will my color match the photo exactly?

Screens vary, and filament colors can shift slightly between batches. We pick the closest match to the option you choose.

Do you offer glow-in-the-dark?

Yes — look for the Glow option on select fidgets, dragons and animals.
